Mike has issued two resource guides for H.R. 1, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act:

• “Help for Individuals, Families and Small Businesses” (Updated May 2009)
  
• “Information on Programs and Grants for States and Communities”

These resource guides were created in order to help provide information to Mainers on new tax provisions and benefits available to them.  In addition to containing tax and funding information specific to individuals and small businesses, a second report provides information on what programs and funding have been made available to help Maine communities.
